Research Presentation by UMHVL Members (for 2023 i-PACT Conference)

KUALA LUMPUR, 6 December 2023 - A research presentation session was organised by Universiti Malaya High Voltage Laboratory (UMHVL) on 5 December 2023 at the Department of Electrical Engineering. The session was part of the preparation for oral presentation at i-PACT 2023 conference. The presentation was delivered by 4 members of UM High Voltage Research Group.

The titles of the talk were "Estimation and Analysis of Heat Dissipation Capability of Dielectric Liquids Using Induction Time for Oil-Paper Insulation System" delivered by Dr. Saurabh Dutta, "Partial Discharge Classification in Insulation Material via Discrete Wavelet Transform Noise Reduction and Artificial Neural Network" delivered by Shiyu Chen, "Back Flashover Performance of 500 kV Double Circuit Transmission Lines Struck by Lightning" delivered by Nasiru Yahaya Ahmed and "Chipless RFID Tag by V-shaped Multi-resonator for Partial Discharge-affected Equipment Identification" delivered by S. M. Kayser Azam.
