Research Discussion with TNB Labs Sdn. Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR, 1 August 2023 - A research discussion regarding a project related to lightning overvoltage on a transmission line was held between the Universiti Malaya High Voltage Research Group (UMHVRG) members and a representative from the Forensic Engineering Group, TNB Labs Sdn Bhd. on 1 August 2023 at Universiti Malaya. The purposes of the discussion were to clarify unclear parts that need further explanation and to plan for the possible future work. The Head of UMHVRG, Associate Professor Ir. Dr. Hazlee Azil Illias, who is also the Chair of IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Socity (DEIS) Malaysia Chapter and the Counselor of IEEE Universiti Malaya Student Branch, expressed his gratitude to the TNB Labs Sdn Bhd. representative for spending his time on the discussion.
